It was observed that the saturation magnetostriction of the alloysmay be remarkably improved by smaller addition of Cu and Co, the peak valuebeing up to 70×10~(-6) as x=0.02 in alloys (Fe_(1-x) Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0·4)Si_(4·4)B_(13·2). %K amorphous alloy %K magnetostriction %K Fe-Si-B system
