%X 用共沉淀法制取了颗粒均匀的掺杂ZnO粉,其pH值为6.90±0.05,预烧温度为500℃,煅烧温度为1100℃,所制ZnO压敏陶瓷的电阻-温度性能稳定,非线形系数高达50以上通过扫描电镜、红外光谱及X射线衍射等手段,对所制粉体进行了表征,并对ZnO掺杂的导电机制进行了初步分析.
