相变硬化激光热处理的数值解及组织性能的预测 %A 朱祖昌 %A 李培耀 %A 俞少罗 %J 金属学报 %D 1996 %I %X The software of transient temperature field for phase transformation hardening with laser treatment by means of finite difference method was developed. The whole course revealed with this software is even better in keeping with the practical circumstance.The real surface temperature fields on the laser processing of steel have been measured with the thermovision. Using thermodynamic calculation Ac1 and Ac3, the critical points in laser heating, have been determined. The relationship of the hardness of carbon steel after laser processing, HRC or HV, vs carbon content, c. and the diffusion of carbon during the laser processing have been pointed out %K laser processing %K heat treatment %K phase transformation %K numericalsimulation %K temperature measurement
