%X 制备了3种不同氢含量的高强弹簧钢50CrV4样品(淬火,回火样品,0.6×10-6;真空退火样品,0.2×10-6;高温高压热充氢样品, 2.5×10-6).SEM观察表明,疲劳断口内部起裂源为小夹杂团簇;疲劳强度测试表明,随氢含量(c)的增加,疲劳强度基本上按σ0-α exp(c)规律降低, Basquin方程中的Basquin指数随氢含量的增加有明显变化.
