超塑气胀构件可成形性判据的数学模型

%X 本文在研究金属薄壳构件超塑气胀成形时,提出两种贴模方式(内填模型和外包模型)与四个判据的关系。同时建立一超塑气胀可成形性判据数学模型: Q_w=1.56(WS)/(HF)+2.37(θ-φ)π/(180)-r/r_0+0.19 Q_W≥1者可成形性好,Q_W<1者可成形性差。试验证明,上式判定构件可成形性有较高的准确性。
