%X The change of the characteristic parameters, strain rate sensiti-vity m, activation energy Q_a and grain size exponent P with changing strain rateand temperature and their physical reason have be n analysed according to the mul-tiple machanism effect in superplastic deformation. Their quantitative expressionshave also been given.
