%X The void swelling and grain boundary segregation induced by elec- tron irradiation in Fe-15%Cr-30%Ni alloy has been studied, using the high-voltage electron microscope (HVEM) as the source of electron beam. The results show that at 723 K and maximum dose of 15 dpa (displacement per atom), the bulk swelling is 0.62%. Ni enriched at the grain boundaries while Cr become depleted. With increasing irradiation temperature, the segregation increases. The maximum segrega- tion peak of Ni appears at 723K, accompanied by maximum bulk swelling. A model of irradiation-induced grain boundary segregation has been proposed to correlate the segregation with void formation.
