Cu_(3-x)Sn_xO_(7-y)体系中(x=0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40),掺入的Sn以Sn~(4+)离子的形式存在,并在体系中分别占据着Cu(Ⅰ)和Cu(Ⅱ)两种位置,二者位置的相对比例随Sn的掺入量(x)而变化,超导转变温度(T_c)的测量表明,少量Sn的掺入使T_c略有降低。 %K Y-Ba-Cu-O system %K Mossbauer spectrum %K superconductivity transition temperature %K substitution
