%X Metal Fe/Cu superlattice films deposited on glass substrates were pre-pared by a dc-magnetron sputtering system. The modulated structures and crystalstructures of films were examined by X-ray diffraction and TEM. The magneticproperties were studied by ferromagnetic resonance and vibrating sample magnetome-ter. The noval results show that the magnetic coupling between the neighbouringFe layers existed and affected the magnetic properties of superlattices.
