马禄铭 %A 李依依 %A 刘树望 %A 陈廉 %J 金属学报 %D 1988 %I %X The hydrogen distribution curve along cross-section of austenitic steel 21Cr-7Ni-9Mn-N was obtained quantitatively by IMMA (Ion Microprobe Mass Analyzer) with high pressure hydrogen charging specimen. Thus, the hydrogen sol- ubility and diffusivity may be measured as well as the hydrogen permeability and other parameters may be calculated indirectly. The hydrogen distribution in speci- mens either long-term aged in air or electron beam weld seam after high pressure hydrogen charged was also examined. %K High pressure hydrogen charging %K ion microprobe analysis %K austenitic steel %K diffusion
