%X 利用热加工模拟试验机对武钢生产的09MnNb钢进行了动态再结晶试验,采用等效模拟技术进行了热连轧板卷精轧机组奥氏体再结晶试验,并绘制其动态再结晶图,建立了试验用钢的奥氏体热变形方程式,给出了动态再结晶临界条件回归方程式. σ=〔ε/5.75×10~(-7)·exp(96.3/RT)〕~(1/6.13) Z=8.51×10~9·e~(32.18~εC) Z=6.32×10~9·e~(16.99~εS)应用应变残留理论解释了热连轧变形过程中所发生的奥氏体动态再结晶现象.指出:09MnNb钢热连轧板卷生产过程中奥氏体动态再结晶是细化相变前γ晶粒的主要形式.
