王桂金 %A V.VITEK %J 金属学报 %D 1988 %I %X 本文研究了Bi原子偏析于Cu的∑=17(530)/〔001〕四种对称倾转晶界引起的晶界结构变化.观察到了晶界因偏析而由一种结构转变成另一种结构,同时伴随着上、下两晶粒的相对位移及晶界的迁移.根据晶界结构单元模型及结构的多重性,提出了切变模型对这些现象进行了解释. %K grain boundary transformation %K segregation %K atomistic similation %K Cu-Bi alloy
