%J 金属学报 %D 1985 %I %X The properties of the spin glass systems in equilibrium state were studied bymeans of Monte-Carlo simulation and Metropolis sampling.The temperature depen-dence of the susceptibility and specific heat was computed for the spin glass sys-tems where the host of hcp lattice is non-magnetic,the number of lattice pointsN=9×9×9×2,and the concentration of magnetic impurity x=0.5,1,2,3,5,8,10 and 15 at.-%.Using Heisenberg model,it was assumed that NX magneticatoms are located at the lattice points randomly and homogeneously.It was alsoassumed that the only interaction between spins is the RKKY long-range oscillatoryexchange with an interaction length R_0=3a.The deviated method was used incalculation for a group of temperature each time in order to Save time.The calcu-lated curves of susceptibility and specific heat are consistent with the correspond-ing experiments fairly well. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=5B3AB970F71A803DEACDC0559115BFCF0A068CD97DD29835&cid=AB188D3B70B071C57EB64E395D864ECE&jid=B061E1135F1CBDEE96CD96C109FEAD65&aid=3429514A91358474DC47AC8AB55E46EC&yid=74E41645C164CD61&vid=659D3B06EBF534A7&iid=E158A972A605785F&sid=35FC3610259C2B32&eid=7E8E8B150580E4AB&journal_id=0412-1961&journal_name=金属学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=1
