%X Two batch simulated activated sludge reactors with a volume of 1.1 L were constructed and operated by fill and draw mode using synthetic wastewater.Reactor 1 was run by direct injection of low doze ozone(0.01 g O3/g TSS) into the aeration tank once a day,while reactor 2 was used as the control without injection of ozone.After 71 d operation,the COD removal efficiency of the two reactors was nearly the same.But MLSS(mixed liquor suspended solids) remained stable at about 8 200 mg/L in reactor 1 after 40 d op...
