%X In order to study the ability of the biofilm hydrolytic-aerobic recycling system(BHARS) in dealing with anthraquinone dye and reveal the succession of microbial community dynamics in this system,the genome DNA of biofilm was directly extracted.PCR-amplified 16S rDNA and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) were applied to obtain the DNA fingerprint profile of the microbial communities.The results show that the system can reach the removal efficiency of color and COD at 82%~96% and 95% while the con...
