%X The ultrasonic-Fenton reaction and ultraviolet-Fenton reaction were combinedly used to remove total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH) from soil that was heavily contaminated with TPH(30 470 mg/kg) in Qaramay oil field.Under conditions of pH 3 and H2O2/Fe2+=50∶ 1,addition of 0.37%,0.74%,1.11% and 1.85% H2O2 caused 4 495,11 983,15 470 and 19 800 mg/kg TPH removal, respectively after 6-hour ultrasonic-Fenton reaction.TPH removal efficiency increased with increasing H2O2/Fe2+.When H2O2/Fe2+ was 100∶ 1,the TPH removal was 12 699 mg/kg.The ultrasonic and ultraviolet were combinedly used to assist the Fenton reaction. At neutral pH and 0.74% H2O2,4 hours of ultrasonic-Fenton reaction and ultraviolet-Fenton reaction caused TPH removal of 21 821 mg/kg and 12 845 mg/kg,respectively.GC-MS analysis showed that the 1,2-dimethylbenzene could be more efficiently removed than the linear paraffin and branched paraffin and the aliphatic hydrocarbon derivates were most resistant to decomposition in the ultrasound-Fenton reaction process.
