%X The treatment of norfloxacin by ozonation process was studied.The effects of O3 dosage,initial solution pH and initial concentration of the norfloxacin on the efficiency of the process were also investigated.It was found that the optimum conditions were as follows: initial pH value of 8;O3 dosage of 5 mg/L.After continuous treatment about 90 minutes,the removal rate is 31.02%,higher than regular treatment.The reaction mechanism was also explored.The results show that O3 will oxidize norfloxacin to several minor molecule substances.
