%X A bacterial strain named DL-1 was isolated from the reed wetland in Yancheng City by enriched domestication culture,which was able to grow on minimal medium supplemented with 1,2-dichlorobenzene as the sole source of carbon.The highest endurance capability of this strain to 1,2-dichlorobenzene was 200 mg/L.Based on the morphological characteristics observation,biochemical properties identification and 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis,strain DL-1 was identified as Bacillus cereus.The degradation character...
