杨郁 %A 金志华 %A 李宁慧 %A 金飞玲 %A 黄翔和 %J 环境工程学报 %D 2009 %I %X A gram positive bacteria strain that can degrade formaldehyde was isolated from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant from a chemical corporation.The strain was observed through structure and physio-logical and biochemical characteristics.Molecule identification methods including distilled DNA.PCR amplifiea-tion,production sequence showed that it was similar to Bacillus and 16S rDNA sequence shared 100%homology with that of Bacillus thuringiensis.Formaldehyde(1.2 μL/mL)was degraded above 72% with 36 h by this strain. %K 16S %K rDNA %K PCR %K formaldehyde %K isolation and identification %K 16S rDNA %K PCR
