%X A series of TiO2/ACF photo-catalytic materials were prepared by different loading methods in dispersion liquid using epoxy resin as binder and then heat treatment.Surface appearance and pore structure of composite materials were characterized,photo-catalytic degradations efficiency of Methylene blue solution was evaluated.The effect of loading technique,including loading methods,loading time and addition of photo-catalyst,on photo-catalytic activity of composite materials is mainly discussed in this article.The result indicates that the composite material with 15% loading concentration of photo-catalyst can achieve the highest degradation efficiency,90%,to MB solution(its original concentration is 50 mg/L) under 2 hours,when using impregnation method,15 minutes’ loading time,and 11 g/L photo-catalyst addition.
