%X A novel composite adsorbent based on starch and attapulgite for removing NH+4-N in wastewater was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization,and comparison of ammonia nitrogen adsorption tests was carried out.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of unmodified attapulgite was 4.243 mg/g,while the adsorption capacity of starch-g-AA/attapulgite at 5.301 mg/g which was higher than the unmodified attapulgite by 25%.Adsorption process of starch-g-AA/attapulgite fitted Freundlich isotherm equation bett...
