A set of techniques for polarizer removal and LCD glass separation and liquid crystal dissolution by acetone ,and indium leaching by sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide were designed. The recovery rate of indium could be reached 89%. Indium can be obtained from the leachant by extraction, chemical replacement and electrowinning.
