雷震东 %A 韩洪军 %A 王伟 %J 环境工程学报 %D 2007 %I %X Water distribution devices and three-phase separators have many disadvantages.This study compared cyclone-flow water distribution devices and short distance three-phase separator with conventional water distribution devices and conventional three-phase separators,and investigated the performance and advantages of cyclone-flow water distribution device and short distance three-phase separator.The experimental results showed that circumfluence and energy consumption were less in the same expanding ratio in the reactor with cyclone-flow water distribution device than conventional water distribution devices.When upward velocity was 8 m/h,the distribution curve of sludge concentration was gentle,and sludge distribution was uniform in the reactor with cyclone-flow water distribution device.Sludge were mainly distributed in the bottom of the reactor and sludge distribution was worse in the reactor with cyclone-flow water distribution device.Outflow sludge concentration was lower at the same upward velocity in the short distance three-phase separator than conventional three-phase separators.Biogas production was bigger at the same influent COD in the short distance three-phase separator.The performance of cyclone-flow water distribution device and short distance three-phase separator was better than conventional device and conventional separators. %K exterior circulation anaerobic proesses %K cyclone-flow water distribution %K short distance three-phase separator
