%X By using the batch experiments, four factors such as initial dye concentration, dosage of adsorbent, pH and contact time on the adsorption behavior of phthalocyanine dye FBL by inactived Aspergillus niger and activated carbon were investigated. The adsorbent samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results showed that the best adsorption conditions of inactived Aspergillus niger and activated carbon were lower pH values and the dosage of adsorbent 8 g/L. The inactived Aspergillus niger possessed higher decolorization capacity and adsorption rate than activated carbon. SEM analysis showed that inactived Aspergillus niger has fiber structure, which could adsorb more dye molecules.
