%X The absence of on-site validity examining method is the main problem existed in ultra high aerosol cleaning systems. It is difficult to determine whether a protective system fails. The filtration characteristics of ultra high efficiency filter media and testing principles were analyzed. The influence of atmospheric aerosol on the testing results of filtration efficiency was studied. A validity testing technology system including the particle number measurement and the generation of high concentration monodisperse aerosols at the background of atmospheric aerosol was put forward. The system was proved reasonable by theoretical analysis and experiments.
