%X In order to get some efficient microbial membrane,a Bacillus subtilis A(QT2061)was selected from wastewater,and was identified by the MicroStation System.It was used as the sensitive material for the BOD sensor(BODS) after being immobilized by PVA.Some practical wastewater samples and national standard BOD solutions were measured with the BODS compared with the traditional 5-day method.The result showed that the response time of the BOD sensor was only 8 min,furthermore,BODS could be kept stable for up to 1...
