Voltage, rotating speed, pH value and reacting time that most influenced the color and TOC removal were studied, and the optimum reaction conditions were also confirmed. The decoloration rate of 95.3% and TOC removal rate of 73.5% were achieved respectively under the optimum reacting conditions (voltage: 12 V, rotating speed: 70 r/min, pH: 4~5, reacting time: 60 min).
