王克浩 %A 喻泽斌 %A 梁有千 %J 环境工程学报 %D 2009 %I %X Based on the investigation of waste residue and contaminated sites in white arsenic producing chemical plant, scheme comparison and technical and economic comparison are carried out, so disposal project of in situ safety landfill site is determined. According to the design experience of regional safe landfill site of hazardous solid wastes, the advanced double HDPE layer seepage control technology will be adopted for the safe landfill, and the rainwater diversion system, leachate collection system, landfill closure and landfill gas emission system will be provided. The whole field is arranged reasonably with less influence on the surrounding environment and less investment, and it gets better social and environmental benefit.
