王忆锋 %A 毛京湘 %J 红外 %D 2008 %I %X The uniformity of the output signals of an infrared focal plane array detector is one of the important parameters for measuring the performance of the device.The waveforms of the high frequency or detailed information in the output signals of the detector can be plotted through a series of decomposition and reconstruction processing by using the wavelet transform based on MATLAB. The uniformity of the output signals of the detector can be described or judged qualitatively by comparing the actual signals with the ideal signals in approximate degree or speed.This method has the features of simple programming and easy implementation. %K PN junction %K current-voltage characteristic %K MATLAB
