%X Heavy metals in core samples of Caijiawan and Hushan of Jiangxi Province, China were studied.The results indicated that the sediments of Caijiawan and Hushan were heavily polluted by Cu , Zn, Cd, Pb.Almost all of the elements have the similar profile shapes, and the element correlations were observed. TheIgeo order is Cu>Zn>Cd>Pb.
