%X The genotoxicity of 22 substituted nitrobenzenes were evaluated by the chromosome aberrations test in in vitro human peripheral lymphocytes.18 of 22 compounds exhibit genotoxic activities.Quantitative structure-activity relationship model was established to correlate the genotoxicity of substituted nitrobenzenes with the characteristics of the substituents on benzene ring.
