%X 利用电子俘获材料的快速红外上转换特性,将其制成红外上转换屏与可见光阴极耦合构成了一种适用于条纹相机的新型组合红外阴极,测量表明:它能将可见光条纹相机的波长响应范围延伸至0.8~1.6μm,而且时间分辨率优于24ps、红外最小可探测能量密度优于4.8×10-9J/mm2.
