%X In order to interpolate monitoring points and to extract isohyets automatically, we analyzed isohyets extraction steps and the main idea based on ArcGIS Engine, and realized isohyets extraction of the Yellow River estuary Sandbar and applied it in the Yellow River estuary geographic information system.
