%X This article elaborates the standard, application software, database construction and key technology of information Administrative System for Ocean data. Using component technology, SSH framework and ArcGIS server service platform, the Administrative System realizes digital and information management for mass Ocean data. The system will be endlessly improved, shared and service the relative scientific communities.
