The result showed that D. salina lives better in middle salinity conc (6.0 to 7.0-fold conc) under which higher rate of photosynthesis , larger increment of cells and photosynthetic pigment, and more free amino acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid . %K salinity %K Dunaliella salina %K free amino acid %K fatty acid
