%X In order to study the toxic effect of cyanobacterial bloom on animals,cyanobacterial bloom extract was administered orally to ICR mice for 7 days with different dosages.The expression level of HSP 70,GRP78,CHOP and caspase-12 were measured by western blotting.The results showed that after 7 days of exposure to cyanobacterial bloom extract,the expression level of HSP 70 and GRP 78 in mice liver was increased significantly between the control and treatment groups,but there were no significant changes in CHOP ...
