于云江 %A 刘紫恩 %A 何焱 %A 张艳平 %A 林海鹏 %A 王琼 %A 孙朋 %J 环境科学学报 %D 2012 %I %X The benzo(a)pyrene in the ambient air and the 1-hydroxypyrene in children’s urine were sampled in parallel from different areas in Lanzhou City.The samples were analysed respectively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the concentrations of benzo(a)pyrene from different areas were significantly different,and the daily average concentration of benzo(a)pyrene in the study area was about two times that in the control area.The concentration of benzo(a)pyrene in winter was significantly higher than that in summer,and the average concentration in winter was 26.46 times and 29.41 times that in summer in the study area and control area,respectively.The variation of the concentration of 1-hydroxypyrene in children’s urine was correlated with the changes of benzo(a)pyrene in the ambient air.In winter,the mean value of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene was 0.86 μmol ·(mol creat)-1 in study area and 0.63 μmol ·(mol creat)-1 in control area.Children’s lifetime excess risk in the study area was the highest,which reached the level of 2.32×10-4 and was close to the unacceptable level according to the U.S.EPA criteria. %K benzo(a)pyrene %K 1-hydroxypyrene %K excess risk
