聚乙烯醇降解酶产生菌发酵培养基响应面法优化研究 %A 王能强 %A 赵维俊 %A 梁芳 %A 李会东 %A 王栋 %J 环境科学学报 %D 2010 %I %X Two level factorial designs of the Plackett-Burman type were constructed to optimize the fermentation medium components of a poly(vinyl alcohol)-degrading enzyme produced by strain Pseudomonas sp. XT11-Z90S. The results showed that the concentrations of glucose, yeast extract and (NH4)2SO4 greatly influence the activity of poly(vinyl alcohol)-degrading enzyme. The optimum concentrations of glucose, yeast extract and (NH4)2SO4, determined by response surface methodology, were 0.64, 0.22 and 1.45 g·L-1, respectively. Under the optimal conditions mentioned above, the poly(vinyl alcohol)-degrading enzyme activity is 13.5U·mL-1, which was increased by 11.6% compared with the value before optimization. %K poly(vinyl alcohol)-degrading enzyme %K Plackett-Burman design %K response surface methodology %K optimization
