It is found that the aerobic granular sludge was formed in the reactor under the proper operating conditions, which can show excellent settling ability. The sludge is mainly 0.2-1.0mm in diameter and 50 of SVI. Compared with the experimental results before sludge granulation, the removal efficiencies of COD, P, NH3-N and TN are highly improved, It can remove P and N simultaneously with 90% removal for COD, 85% for P, 90% for NH3-N, and 80% for TN. %K SBR process %K aerobic granular sludge %K biological N and P removal
