%X Activity and distribution of enzyme produced by two strains of bacteria (Psedomonas sp.DCP-1 and Psedomonas sp. DCP-2) , which can utilize dichlorophenol, have been measured.The results shown that enzyme activity is effected by bacteria and culture time, and not by inducer; the distribution of enzyme produced by the two strains of bacteria is mainly in piroplasmic and intercellular; the specific activity in piroplasmic of Pseudomonas, sp. DCP-1 is higher than that in DCP-2.
