张玉臻 %A 马桂荣 %J 环境科学学报 %D 1996 %I %X Using a liquid-solid two steps fermentative technology, conversion of waste water from peanut protein processing to fish meal substitute, by Aspergillus oryzae, SU_(64) (white mutant),Trichosporon cutaneum, ST_(851)-10 and Endomycopsis fibuligera, SC_(85) on mixed culture, was studied. The fish meal substitute contained digestive enzymes, vitamins and trace elements; the protein content reached 31. 6% and its amino acid was complete. Moreover, methionine increased 196. 7 % compared with the raw material. The recovered rate of product was above than 80%. The following hen-feeding experiment showed that fish meal substitute can be used as protein feedstuff and partly replaced the fish meal. %K fish meal substitute %K waste water of peanut protein processing %K mixed culture %K fermentative technology
