%X The effects of hydraulic retention time,reactor structure, sludge inoculation concentration and carrier size on biofilm formation on carrier surface in an internal loop biofluidised bed were studied.The results show that shorter HRT, Smaller internal circulation velocity,inoculation concentration and carrier size can be beneficial to the rapid biofilm formatiion and the stat up of the reactor.
