%X The effects of extractable composition solid waste from coal mine by 3 kinds of acids and water on nitrification density of nitrobacter were studied. The results show that the extractants by acids showed adverse effects on nitrobacter's nitrification density. This method may be used to test the acute biological toxicity of solid waste from coal mine.
