邓伟强 %A 曾令可 %A 方海鑫 %A 王慧 %A 税安泽 %A 刘平安 %A 程小苏 %A 刘艳春 %A 张海文 %J 环境科学学报 %D 2006 %I %X NO_ x formation mechanism during sintering was studied with the FLUENT software, and factors effecting the NO_ x formation were discussed to supply the relevant reference information for treatment and reducing of the NO_ x .The results show that the temperature uniformity of kiln becomes bad with the heating rate increasing, and the local high temperature point (area) forms easily, resulting in quicker the NO_ x generation;The intermediate product HCN or NH_ 3 concentration is smaller in farther area from the burner and body area, but the total NO and fuel type of NO concentrations are larger. However, the intermediate product NH_ 3 or HCN can not reduce the generation of harmful gases. %K ceramic sintered %K FLUENT software %K NO_ x %K three-dimensional numerical simulation
