The oxidization efficiency of NO is greatly affected by the voltage polarity and waveform and reaches its optimum in the fast pulse voltage rise-time. The oxidization is also affected by residence time and air temperature. Under proper conditions, the oxidization efficiency of over 99.9% for NO of 200 ppm was observed. %K NO %K corona field %K oxidization
