李廷书 %A 戴天有 %A 戴乾圆 %A 裴淑 %J 环境科学学报 %D 1990 %I %X After incubation of 2-naphthylamine with induced rat liver microsome S9 preparation,the metabolites were isolated by using HPLC and identified as 2-amino8-naphthol(52.6%), 2-amino-5-naphthol(28.5%), 2-amino-6-naphthol(14.0%)and 2-amino-7-naphthol(4.9%). The measured results are same as those calculated by quantitative HMO based on Di-region theory. Both amino group and carbon atoms on the extra-ring play duality roles of activation and detoxification in metabolism. %K 2-naphthylamine %K metabolism %K 2-aminonaphthols %K Di-region theory
