双碱法烟气脱硫工艺的研究

%X The NaCO\-3\|Ca(OH)\-2 dual\|alkali FGD process in a rotating\|stream\|tray scrubber was studied experimentally. Main parameters (liquid/gas ratio, Na\++ concentration in solution, pH value of the absorbent solution, inlet SO\-2 concentration, etc.) affecting SO\-2 removal efficiency were studied.The relation between the loss of Na\++ in solution and operation condition was studied. The mechanism for mass transfer\|reaction process was proposed. The influence of different pH values on SO\-2 removal efficiency was also analyzed. Furthermore, the suitable operation conditions and application potential for industrial process were discussed.
