On the basis of isolation,generic characterization was explored.Results from the study demonstrated:cells that were preincubated with 2,4 dichlorophenol converted 2,4 dichlorophenol to corresponding hydroquinone and released Cl -.The plasmid extracted from pseudomonas sp.strain DCP 1 was longer than pUC18 plasmid. %K 2
