%X Gangues are the coal mining wastes with low calorific value and high ash content,and are difficulty to be combusted directly in civil stoves or industrial boilers.This paper reports the experimental results on the thermogravimetric characteristic of Gangue combustion and the influence of various metal compounds upon the combustion characteristic of Gangues.When the content of metal compounds is 1%,the effects of sodium chloride or sodium nitrate and iron oxide are obviously higher than that of calcium oxide additives.
