The aim of the research was improving the water habitat by increasing the transparency and reducing the concentration of N and P. The equipments were setted in a 5000m2 water area, which combined the plugflow jet areator with the Elastic Biological filler. The research indicated that the transparency was increased from 25cm to 120cm by the technology. The removal efficiencies of TP, NH4+-N and NO3-N were 86.6%, 90% and 73.3%, but there was only 22.4% for TN removal efficiency. The concentration of DO was increased from 4.3mg/L to 7mg/L. In a word, the Aeration with Bio-film Technology was an effective measure to improve the water habitat by increasing the transparency. %K landscape water %K aeration %K biofilm %K united purifying
